The festival launches in the evening on Friday 24 July 2009 with,a Berlin-style cabaret.
'Kabaret' features the return to Skegness of internationally renowned singer, Mary Carewe, and a seven piece band from sinfonia ViVA, the celebrated East Midlands based orchestra.
